Lenora began working in the architecture profession in 1997 while pursuing her Master of Architecture degree at Texas Tech University. Prior to that she served in the U.S. Army, 1st Cavalry Division as a light wheel vehicle mechanic. She is a veteran of Desert Storm.

While at CHA, Lenora served as project manager for multiple  school projects, including the following:

    Hereford ISD Multiple Projects
    Christ the King Early Learning Center
