Lubbock County - 2nd Floor Renovations

The client’s goal for the project for the Regional Public Defenders facility was to provide a functional, efficient layout that would assist the team’s expanding operations while providing a corporate look for client visitors and a collaborative work environment for employees.  The scope of work consisted of removing most of the existing interior work to accommodate the owner’s program.  The balance of the design included private offices and workstations, support spaces, a central conference space and reception area for meetings and entry lounge to greet guests.  The open floor plan and access to an existing stairwell provided the staff flexibility for growth and a central entry point to the remainder of the building.
