Mr. Chapman began his career in land planning, urban design and development where he acquired a keen understanding of the relationships between many forms of land use.  Throughout the many projects that Mr. Chapman has been involved with, he has continued to refine these skills.

 

Mr. Chapman completed his architectural education at Texas Tech University and registration in the States of Texas and New Mexico.   Mr. Chapman possesses the ability to successfully combine the knowledge and skill of both land planning and architecture.  Mr. Chapman brings a wide-ranging perspective and a high level of commitment to each project in which each client is given full dedication and attention.

 

Mr. Chapman is a past- president of the Lubbock Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.  Mr. Chapman has also served as president of the Christ the King Parish Council and co-chair of Christ the King Cathedral Building Committee and sat on the Diocese of Lubbock Building Board and is a past member and chair of the City of Lubbock Planning and Zoning Commission.
